Day #3 - Balancing Breath

Balancing Breath + Kumbhaka

Our breath is one of the simplest yet most powerful tools we have to shift how we feel. With each inhale and exhale, we can either fuel stress or invite calm and balance back into our system.

In today’s meditation, we’ll use balancing breath and gentle breath retention (kumbhaka) to quiet the mind, steady the nervous system, and awaken a deeper sense of harmony. Breathing with awareness can:

  • Help release tension and mental restlessness

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Cultivate a sense of inner steadiness and clarity

By the end of this practice, you’ll feel more centered—calm yet energized, rooted yet uplifted.
