Day #2 - Heart Opening Meditation

On this second day, we move from gratitude into the wisdom of the heart.

Life often pulls us into constant thinking, problem-solving, and rushing, yet our heart carries its own intelligence, one that connects us to love, joy, and compassion.

The choosing to open the heart is a powerful personal mental image, a symbol for the mind that regards the heart as the centre of love, passion, courage, bravery, compassion. The mind then chooses thoughts that flow from the energy of the heart rather than from the judgment, comparison and criticism of the intellectual critical mind.

Through this meditation, you’ll gently re-open your heart, allowing yourself to feel more spacious, connected, and receptive. 

A heart-centered practice can:

  • Invite more kindness and compassion - for yourself and others

  • Reconnect you with joy and the simple pleasures of life

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and inner peace

Today is about remembering the power and wisdom that rests within your heart and allowing it to guide you with clarity and softness.
