Over just five days, you’ll discover simple yet powerful tools to calm your mind, connect with your heart, and bring more balance into your daily life.

These daily practices are 15-20min long and approachable, yet deeply nourishing, helping you to restore clarity, inner peace, and connection to yourself.

    Day #5 - Earth Meditation - Ground yourself and draw energy from the Earth

    Welcome to Day 5 of our Meditation Journey. Today’s Earth Meditation invites you to ground yourself in the steady support of the Earth, helping you feel rooted, calm, and restored. As you connect to the Earth’s energy, you’ll strengthen your own stability, strength, and presence.

    Day #4 Body scan - Drop your awareness into your body

    Day 4 invites you to reconnect with yourself through a body scan meditation, shifting awareness from the mind into the body. This practice helps you feel grounded, energised, and fully alive.

    Day #3 - Balancing Breath

    Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to shift how we feel. In this meditation, we’ll use balancing breath and gentle pauses to calm the mind, release restlessness, and restore inner harmony. By the end, you’ll feel centered, grounded, and refreshed.

    Day #2 - Heart Opening Meditation

    Heart Opening Meditation

    On this second day, we turn from gratitude toward the wisdom of the heart. This meditation is an invitation to soften, re-open, and connect with the love, compassion, and clarity that your heart naturally carries. By resting in this heart-centered space, you’ll discover a deeper sense of guidance, joy, and inner peace.

    Begin your day by shifting your focus from what’s missing to the abundance that already surrounds you. This meditation invites you to hold life as a precious gift, encouraging you to notice the people, experiences, and blessings that enrich your journey. By practicing gratitude, you nurture a mindset that supports presence, joy, and connection—helping you to feel more grounded, fulfilled, and alive.

Communication Coach, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, Anahata Yoga Teacher & Trainer for Yoga Teachers

In my work, I guide people on their own unique path of healing, transformation, and growth. I provide them with a space where they feel heard, seen, and held.

I support them in freeing themselves from old beliefs and behavioral patterns and accompany them through challenging past and present life events.

I show them ways to reconnect with themselves and their voices, so they can express all their wonderful facets to the world. Every voice deserves to be heard.

I help them create positive change in their lives, stand up for themselves, and express themselves powerfully and wholeheartedly—so they can build more loving and deeper connections with the people around them.

I encourage them to have the courage to shape and live their life from the heart, so that life can regain more meaning and joy.
